Owner, Wendell Rentz, has 35 years of experience in the salon industry and believes in giving stylists and colorists unprecedented control over his or her own career. His vision was to create a studio that values respect, diversity, hard work, and most important superior talent. His focus is on friendly down to earth customer service in an upscale setting.
He has attended Redken Color Academy through the Advance Course, Hair Atlanta Training Academy, Nick Arrojo’s Razor Cutting Course, and Martin Parson’s Classic Up-do Training Program.

Kelly Carter
Hair Stylist
Kelly comes to us from South Georgia where she grew and advanced her career with training at Valdosta Tech. For 14 years she has specialized in long hair special occasion updo’s as well as new perm techniques. She has attended Redken Color Academy as well as Hands-on Training Seminars for the newest techniques and styles. Her vision is to merge long hair clients with modern styles and techniques.
Recently Kelly attended the Tony and Guy Cutting and Styling System class in Atlanta. Kelly has recently returned from the Martin Parsons Academy, with Superior Training on the incredible techniques on updo’s and creative styling ability.

Monica Caycee
Hair Stylist
Monica’s career in hair has been focused on refining her hair styling and cutting skills and she has a love for making people feel and look amazing. Being a versatile stylist enables her to create looks from; soft to extreme; long to short; layered to one-length razor bobs; natural color to bright, vivid color. She is enormously creative and enjoys both cutting and coloring. She has continually sought after classes to improve her abilities. She attended Nick Arrojo’s Razor Cutting, multiple Redken Color and Cutting Academy, as well as TIGI’s Training Academy.
The work behind her chair has integrity and her awesome personality will leave you looking forward to your next visit. She’s a delight! The most important tool is a great attitude. Your attitude can make or break you as a great hairdresser. You can be the best at every technique but you cannot succeed without a great attitude.

Wendy Young
Hair Stylist
Wendy comes to us with 22 yrs of experience. She has served Columbus well and looks forward to continuing her career at Salon Bellage.Wendy has trained at TIGI Academy in New York and Dallas. She has also trained with several Redken Academies such as recent Inspiring World of Redken.
Wendy’s easy going personality, innovative cutting and coloring techniques, combined with her ability to connect with her clients has made her a highly sought after stylist. Her passion for continuing her education and staying on the forefront of the hair industry has led to continuing to seek out new and innovative trends. Wendy believes that communication is essential in accommodating her clients and keeps a contemporary approach to hair dressing by staying up to date on fashion trends.

Ann Elizabeth Minkanic
Hair Stylist
Ann has dedicated her life to this industry for 26 years. She was educated in Kentucky and worked as an educator for the Hair Design School. She also worked as a platform artist with the Paul Mitchell Design Team working with artists such as Michael Cromeans and Jean Braa. Ann is passionate about catering to the needs of the entire family while focusing on the needs of the working Mothers and Grandmothers.She specializes in all areas of color techniques including corrective color. She enjoys working with her clients to achieve the desired results while providing affordable luxury.Recently Ann attended the Sam Villa Cutting and Styling Seminar in Orlando, Fla. She continued with another seminar in Birmingham, Al.

Rebecca Ely
Hair Stylist
Rebecca began her interest in cosmetology as a teen, working in various salons in the Columbus area. After graduating Rivertown School of Beauty in 2009 she began her quest to help people see their inner beauty.She has continued her education with classes and seminars such as TIGI Hair Cutting and Product Knowledge, Affinage Color Technique, as well as Brazilian Blow Out and Smoothing Treatment training class. Rebecca is actively involved in the “Look Good Feel Better” program through the American Cancer Society, assisting those involved in chemotherapy treatments. She enjoys getting to know new guests and leading them to a new and exciting look.

Margie Malloy
Hair Stylist
Margie started her career about 30 years ago. She attended the Vidal Sassoon Basic Cutting Class in California shortly after her school training. Margie also attended the TIGI Cutting Class in Puerto Rico. Also during her intense training years, pursuing all the knowledge she could, she attended the Roy Peters Color Academy with Redken. Later in her career she attended several hair-shows in Dallas, Las Vegas, and Atlanta. Margie’s favorite service is foil highlighting, while coloring comes in a close second.

Rudy Maddox
Hair Stylist
Rudy has had an exciting career for the last 21 years and he is most eager to learn more and see more fashion and hair to better serve his guests and future guests as well. Rudy specializes in Color, Up Styles, and long hair. He works with all types of hair and loves special occasion hair. Rudy also works with the America Cancer Society for Cuts, Styles, and Wigs. Rudy has trained with TIGI, Redken, and Loreal working hands on with classes and backstage at Seminars. He studied extensively with TIGI and Redken Academies in Dallas Tx., Miami, and New York.

Susana Rodriguez

Being a hair stylist is what Susana loves to do. Doing great work is what she will always strive to do for every client that sits in her chair.Susana first started to cut and color hair in 2013, and now more than ever, she continually strives to provide the absolute best service possible and create her own great work. While being monitored at first by 2 of our senior stylists, she has speedily forged past that stage while attending the Sam Villa Cutting Seminar, as well as Redken’s Color Seminar to advance her techniques and continue her desire for knowledge.

Falyn Conners LMT, NCTMB
Massage Therapist
Falyn Conners is a nationally certified massage therapist. She received her education at Virginia College in Columbus Georgia and graduated September 2014. After her first experience, Falyn realized how beneficial it is to receive massages on a regular basis and decided that being a massage therapist is her way of helping heal people. Falyn’s favorite modality is therapeutic massage which is a massage that relieves stress and tension in the muscles. The other modalities that she is certified to practice include: Swedish relaxation massage, Deep Tissue massage, Prenatal massage, Hot stone massage, Sports massage, and Geriatric massage. Every massage session is customizable to better focus on the clients problem areas as well as making it a relaxing experience for the client. She looks forward to building her clientele and continuing her education to learn new modalities and techniques to better suit the clients needs.
